Bio of a Stranger

Dear Diary,

            My name is Melissa Divine. I am a future grammy award winning actress. I am new to the L.A. area and it is much different from my small town home in Slayden, Tennessee, Population of 202. I will admit, school was not my thing… My heart belongs to acting. My family just doesn’t understand, so I unfortunately I had to get here car by car with no support emotionally or financially from my parents. After my arrival I came to see that people are not even close to as friendly as the people back home. But, this is all just experience I need for my future career. This might sound a little crazy, but I met this girl online and we instantly connected, because we share the same dream and are in the same boat. Except she already lived out here and owns a small apartment. She welcomed me to stay at her place and be a roommate for as long as I need. As nervous as I was standing at her door step, I ran the buzzer. “Who is it?” “uhh..it’s me, Melissa.” There was no answer, but then the door flew open and she ran right at me and gave me a giant hug. Her name is Sally Hopkins. 5’8”, very thin with bleach blonde hair. A cute girl who has the potential to be my best friend. We get along great and are practically the same person it seems.  Hopefully soon we both book some jobs but having a best friend by your side in the real world makes things so much easier.
